Found these words of gem on an old pamphlet titled –31 ways to pray for our youths By-Dick Eastman, printed with permission by Hands for Christ ministries.
A particularly sad passage of the Old Testament scripture describes the death of Joshua and those of his generation, and the rising up of a new generation (see Judges 2:6-10). Of this translation the Bible says “there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which He had done for Israel” Judges 2:10
To help Pray more effectively for a new generation of bold, committed Christian youth, the following are prayerfully prepared, simplified prayer list for youth, with a different focus for each day of the month.
In using this list ask the Lord to help you apply each focus as specifically as possible–for youth you know personally as well as for “youth” in general. To add further, these prayer points need to be part of our prayer for our own families, for oneself, for our pastors, church and for every believer out there as we are in the last days. Please read each assigned Bible passage before offering your prayer.

A Special Word to Teens
Did you know that King Uzziah was just 16 years old when the Bible said, “he sought God… and warred against Philistines…” (2 Chronicles 26:1-6)?
King Josiah was also 16 years old when Bible says, “while he was yet young, he began to seek after the God of David his father” (2 Chronicles 34:1-5). God has a special purpose and plan for the life of every young person!. All you need to do is to SEEK God,
Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the Lord, and He will have mercy on him…
Isaiah 55:6-7
Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, and the years draw near when you say, “I have no pleasure in them”
Ecclesiastes 12:1
Three years back, this very day, I lost my brother, he was just a youth. Time is short, I cannot tell the list of tools and temptations that are laid by the devil around the youths as mines. There is no much time left to waste as these are the last days before the return of Christ. We are standing on the verge of a generational shift where the newer generation has NO Affinity to the Word of God or God. The caution is mentioned for us in 2 Timothy 3:1-9.
Share these Prayer points with your friends, families, Church’s, etc, and make a genuine effort to Pray. The mentioned points are not just for youths, but very much applicable for every believer in Christ.
